The ingredients necessary to make 4 bread bowls are 1/2 cup of warm milk, 1/2 cup of warm water, 1/4 cup of sugar, 2 1/4 teaspoon of active dry yeast, egg yolk, 1 egg, 2 tablespoons of butter, 1 tablespoon of salt, 3 cups of bread flour, 2 tablespoons of milk whisked with glaze, and cornmeal for the baking sheet.

You beat the egg with water and milk, pour the mixture into the bread pan, add the rest of the ingredients, and select the dough cycle. When the cycle is complete, you take the dough out, cut it into 4 chunks, shape them round, spread the cornmeal on the baking sheet and place the chunks on it, and cover them for an hour to rise. After the hour passes, glaze the chunks with egg yolk and bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, let them cool, cut their tops off, and serve them with your favorite food inside.

Pita bread

The necessary ingredients to make pita bread are 1 1/2 cups of warm water, 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast, 4 teaspoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 3 1/2 cups of bread flour.

You have to combine all the ingredients in the bread pan, set the cycle for a 2 pound dough, and when the dough is ready, you simply divide it into 8 balls that you keep lightly floured and covered, letting them rest for 15 minutes. After the time passes, roll each one of them into an eight inch circle that is one quarter inch thick, and let them in the oven that has been pre-heated at 500 degrees Fahrenheit for 2-3 minutes. Remember to keep a close eye on them, because they bake fast. Let them rest in the rack for 5 minutes to cool down, and if you don’t want to serve them right away, wrap them in a kitchen towel to keep them soft.
